Seriously worst experience ever. I ordered a bagger for my zero turn Monday night at 10pm. Paid $40 for rush shipping. Your website says "Jacks is pleased to offer RUSH PROCESSING. For an additional $39.95 your equipment order is guaranteed to ship SAME DAY, if placed by 1pm EST" Ok my order should have shipped Tuesday...but did it NO! You call me ask for a copy of my license to prove my billing address because its different than my shipping address but you call Tuesday at 4pm....really?? I call Wednesday and get told my order will ship Wednesday and by Wednesday night I will have a tracking number. I check all Wednesday night and what do I get nothing!!! I call Thursday morning guess what I get told that my bagger still didn't ship.........Seriously Im about to lose it!!! I get told that nothing shipped Wednesday. Ok seriously the only reason I ordered from you was because you had the bagger in stock and because you offered rush processing. Its now Thursday and I have absolutely nothing from you but an offer to refund my $40. That does me no good at all I needed this product by this weekend and all I get is screwed over. Seriously wont ever buy anything from here again!!!

Nightmare service! Beware! Spoke to Craig customer rep. I Explained that I had received the wrong air filter for my Kawasaki engine that was part of a maint kit specifically listed for my motor. I was told that without a code?, he could not get the right one. I can order the right one without a code myself. My issue was the wrong size filters were in the kit. He stated because the kit had been opened and I used the other parts that fit I was out of luck on a return. When I asked to speek to a supervisor he hesitated and said he'll tell you the same thing. WOW I only wanted to swap for the right filter, and exchange it for the proper size. Note: the kit was in a damaged torn and battered box and then shipped in the packing box. I was concerned maybe the wrong filter got put in the destroyed box, and that was the reason. Its not the money that concerns me but the terrible you're disturbing my nap kind of attitude that prompted this review. Never again will I do any business with Jacks.

This is a "business friendly" company only. Took my power washer there for work on a Saturday. They said they would call Monday to give me an estimate and approval to do the work. Nothing! Called Tuesday and they said something by Thursday. Nothing! I called the following Saturday and they haven't even looked at it. Picked my power washer up that Saturday, which had a nozzle missing that they said they know nothing about. Took it to Aberdeen Outdoor Power and the work was completed that Monday and at a cheaper hourly rate. Also gave me a nozzle free. You can guess where I'm taking my work from now on........

placed a order on the 3rd for parts for a riding mower then get order confirmation then get email said approx ship date 9th I look today now 13th ive email and tried calling never answer wont be ordering again very slow dont reply not a good company I was hoping would be good supplier for my business defiantly not good at all

I would not purchase from this distributor. I reviewed testimonials on their website, read about their history and story and thought that I would give a local family owned business a shot.
I order my gas tank replacement, was a competitive price, and waited for their customary email when it ships. Well, 7 business days later I has still not gotten an email, so I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me the part was on back-order. It should arrive within 4 days and will ship then.
I gave it another 7 business days, no email, so called and spoke to a nice lady who said the part was on back-order and they had no idea what the ETA would be. No apology, no explanation-nothing.
I read their response to the similar complaint. That response is NOT good enough. We are a big supplier who sometimes runs out of product is not an excuse.
Two suggestions for you, one be honest and list which products are out of stock on your website and, two, communicate with your customers, A simple pro-active email to me to explain what happened would have kept me in the loop and gotten me on your side. I know that I am only a $15.00 customer to you right now but I also own three other gas powered devices that will need parts. I will not be coming back. I am very disappointed.
