Jack's Towing

Moved my 2016 car cross country with Jack's Towing. Car arrived late and had scratches on roof and trunk lid. Jack said it was all superficial...dont worry. Bad attitude toward customer. Tried to buff out scratches but some remained and are down to the primer. Jack would not take responsibility...."this stuff happens... I have to go". Use this shipper at your own risk. His truck is junk and the the cars he hauls looked like junk too. He has little regard for the possessions of others. If the car you want to haul is a junker, you may be okay but do not ship a nice car.
