Response:Attn: [redacted] , I received an email today informing me of a complaint (copied below) that has been closed due to lack of response from meI have been (and still am) in Europe since before this complaint was issuedI return on? July 5th? and would appreciate an opportunity to speak with you about this matter as I certainly do not agree with what has been asserted by Mrs [redacted] I did receive a phone message from the Revdex.com in early June but dismissed it as an unwanted solicitation which is so common these daysUnfortunately, I deleted that voicemailI later received a phone message from Mrs [redacted] which was inappropriate and I chose not to respond as I had already had a friendly, substantive and productive conversation with Mr [redacted] prior to my leaving for EuropeAt that time I answered several questions that he had and suggested that he could contact his lender if he had potential comparable properties that he would like for me to consider - this is the correct protocol for such a consumer concernI explained that if he contact his lender then they could review his concerns and initiate an appraisal reconsideration request to meHis wife’s message to me was basically, “don’t ask us to do your job for you”My appraisal has been reviewed by the lender and I have received no communication from them regarding any concerns for the quality of the appraisalFurther, I have no idea what she means when stating that I implied several personal opinions when speaking with her husbandSuch an allegation is empty and inappropriate without specific factual informationIf forthcoming, I am happy to address such concernsI have done business with [redacted] Bank (Lender) and Solidifi (Appraisal Management Company) for years and have an excellent business relationship with bothIt is typical practice for each to conduct quality reviews on appraisalsNeither has asked for any revisions or clarifications to my appraisal on the [redacted] homeI hope that you will give me a call after? I am rejecting this response because: Good Morning I have read the businesses response, I am not sure what it is MrJackson is having reviewed This whole thing is simple really, I would like a new appraisal with valid , current information which would give me an appraisal that my bank can use or not I have not asked Mr Jackson to do anything unethical or make information that isn't truth I only want a current valid appraisal and my husband and I shouldn't have to do the research, even though we have and know our housing market He is being paid to do the job I still ask for a new appraisal or a refund to pursue other sources Thanks You [redacted]

I had left messages for the Appraisal Management Company and the Lender after our last phone call I was able to speak with a representative of the Appraisal Management Company this morning and he asked me to provide copies of the complaint and related correspondence for review.I did so this morning He will forward all correspondence to their Compliance Department and determine an appropriate action which he said will involve notification to the lender and possibly reaching out to the homeowner (uncertain until they review the correspondence).I have been advised me to take no further action at this point and to not respond to the homeowner.Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.Thank you,**

I am rejecting this response because: Mr Jackson did not attempt to resolve this issue Yes the lender does usually contact both partiesI was advised by my lender *** Bank to attempt to resolve this matter I still stand by my initial statement that if MrJackson was hired to do a job, he should be the one to do it not my husband or myself And in this case to use current factual informationI still request a redo of the appraisal or a refund of $thst I am being charged If Mr Jackson does not want to redo it, a refund is in order so that I may pursue other optipns I
