I have reason to suspect that this company , [redacted] and [redacted] are one and the same company who deal with consumers the same way [redacted] does They have "hard sell" salesmen/women who push themselves inside your door and will not leave until they sell you something Their claim is they must check something in your home that was installed but they do not check what they came for, they are only there to look around and then they start their "spiel" I have had the experience three times now and have bought These salesmen will not leave your home until they sell you something that is very overpriced Although I must say the [redacted] salesman did speak sense in my renting a [redacted] Water Heater but if they are the same company??????? Consumers Beware!!!!! I am a single home-owner over the age of and want everyone to be aware Also, I am awaiting a response from [redacted] who have billed me for a year now a significant amount of money of which I was made to understand by their sales person it was a contribution toward the full cost of the furnace and air conditioner I was told it was a service agreement although I have had not one person come to maintenance my equipment
