Jackson County Solid Waste Management

I am Disabled & had trash pickup by this Company for over 16yrs, since I became disabled in 2004 because of a severe back injury/back surgery. My service was free the entire time until this yr in January they notified me I am required to send them 3-months of my bank statements, which are private & personal. I told them this was wrong, I will not send them my bank statements. I've always sent them proof of my Social Security Disability amount each & every yr., to qualify for free service every month, now they have decided to add this requirement for people's bank accounts of 3-months to be sent to them. My private bank account is none of their business, I send them the proof of my monthly income, don't see what sending them 3-months bank statements would benefit them unless they want to know what my income each month is spent on! They sent me a bill to pay for their service then when I called her again & told her I did not owe this bill, she said they would discontinue my pickup & sent a guy to come & get my trash can the following day. I barely have enough income each month to pay all my necessary utilities, buy a few groceries/gas, I can't afford another bill, which is $50 monthly, for a yr. Now I'm having to depend on my children, which they don't have the time or room in their own trash cans for mine too. This is ridiculous not to have my own trash service. This should not be happening, I don't know what else to do, I will not send them my personal bank acct. statements, that's private information, I need help!
I called our County Commissioner- *** May 4, 2020, to ask for help with this, but he told me that was their policy, always has been. I told him it has never in 16yrs been required for me to do this, I've had free service by providing the proof of my income each & every yr is from SS Disability, because I am disabled. How hard it is to survive on disability, I can not afford another payment each month, so he could not help me.
