Had our furniture for less then years when the "leather" started peeling and you could feel the spring in couch cushionWe purchased the extra warranty through them and these problems "are not covered." What a joke and waste of moneyWould never ever buy from them againHorrible customer service

just wanted to advise you of several issues I have had with a piece of furniture I purchasedI bought a sectional couch, the Everest Modular SectionalI purchased it years agoI purchased it because your literature stated it was made from solid hardwoodsLast fall the arm brokeI called Teppermans where I purchased it from and the women I spoke to stated that the arms were made of cardboard and that somebody probably sat onI can tell you that I have sat on the arms of my other couch hundreds of times and the arms never brokeThe previous couch I had lasted yearschildren and dogsThis couch I purchased of yours barely lasted years with no small children or dogsTeppermans did send a repair man to look at it and when he took a picture of it , it was broken pressed wood slatThis is not solid hardwood as your literature statesThe ottomon that I purchased to match had also sunken so bad that it was unusableI had to pay for the parts for itI had to pay for pickup and delivery of the pieces and had to take time off work separate mornings for this to happen When I finally received the repaired pieces when I went to reattach the modular components back together by the metal pieces one of the pieces completely pulled away from the otherNow the modular pieces won't stay together and the couch is always sliding away from the other piece Needless to say I am not a happy customerI do not believe the claims on your literature

Year after purchasing the sofa supports started falling out of itSo being handy with wood decided id make new supports since it was a newer couch (despite the leather peeling and having to buy a cover just to sit on it)The oak back supports are held in by two staples no glue the bevel they cut in the support is not even close to being flush no glue osb brackets with nothing at a true anglesome supports are not even installed on the correct side of the bracketsThere is no care taken in this furniture even with the price being what it was its not worth half thatStay away from Jackson FurnitureThe peeling is one thing the construction is dangerousHave pictures of all thisSad being made in the USA

My wife and I purchased a sofa and loveseat a few years back I believe in 2012, the leather is peeling off we called Catnapper AKA Jackson furniture said there was nothing they can do about itAfter looking online there is thousands of complaints of the same issue there should be brought a class action lawsuit against Catnapper AKA Jackson furniture for deceptionThere is NO WAY they have an A+ rating with thousands of complaints for the exact same problem

When I purchased 3 years ago my now peeling couch, I had read reviews about the peeling issues, those reviews were a couple of years old, so I contacted the manufacturer directly to see if they knew of this issue, The representative I talked to said that they had knowledge of it and that they had changed the way the leather was bonded so it wouldn't occur again. So I decided to purchase the couches........BIG MISTAKE!!!
Not only they knew about it, they obviously did nothing and kept making furniture cheating people. I contacted them through the furniture company, submitted tons of pictures and a month later they come back and said SORRY but the 1 year warranty is over!
This company should recall all the furniture made with this material, how many people have to speak up for them to do so? Who protects us customers? not the furniture company who sells their furniture!

So sad this big recliner peeled away after a couple of years, what a waste of money! No help no call backs........I have pictures.
