Jackson-Hewitt Tax Service

I used Jackson hewitt for the first time this year and the last time I will use them. I am single claim two dependents. The fee was outrageous. $450 dollars. For what .. they put in wrong social information, w his was corrected. Had to do a identity verification. NO taxes yet. No help from their end. I want my money back. I had to go to irs to have correct w2. Information put in as well. I have spoken to friends that used Jackson hewitt and nobody I know would recommend them. I should of done turbo tax. It's free. Paid almost $500 for a headache.
