Response from office manager: Client came in to complete his renters/homeowners rebate form (a form we don't charge at all for) and our computer systems in the store were all downWhile he was there we were actively working with support to get them back up and moving so we could help himHe left angry (I was in store and part of the interaction) that we couldn't immediately help himBeing that there is no fee or charge attached to the form we were doing, I'm unsure of what fees we can reimburse him for having them done at H&R or in what other way we can help himThank you,Jackson Hewitt Tax Service
