Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address Mr. [redacted] issues.  Mr. [redacted] and his group rented snowmobiles from us 2/16 through 2/18.  Upon returning the snowmobiles our staff noticed rear end damage to two of the snowmobiles.    [redacted] had a damaged rear...

bumper, but would not volunteer any information on how it had happened.  There was damage to the front end of another snowmobile that had been out with their group, but since they denied having an accident with that snowmobile we decided not to charge them for it.  [redacted] damaged snowmobile was “S2”, attached documents show the original check out photos of S2 taken on 2/16 (no bumper damage) and the damage invoice for S2.  Prior to renting everyone in the [redacted] group signed rental contracts acknowledging that they would be responsible for paying for any new damage to their snowmobiles.   [redacted] damaged the rear bumper and tunnel on his snowmobile (S8); he acknowledged the damage on our damage report (attached).  We sent him photos of the damage as well as the photos showing no damage on his original check out sheet (attached). We do put aftermarket bumpers on all of our Polaris snowmobiles, as the stock bumpers crumple too easily.  The damage was so severe on Mr. [redacted] snowmobile that he damaged both the sturdier bumper and the tunnel that it was attached to. He also signed a contract saying he would pay for any new damage to his snowmobile.    On the subject of overheating snowmobiles, the [redacted] group rented our High Performance and Specialty Snowmobiles.  Prior to leaving on their rental we reviewed with them the limitations of these snowmobiles, they cannot be run at high speeds or for long periods of time on groomed trails, as this can lead to overheating and damage to the snowmobile.  Unfortunately even after signing these warnings they disregarded this advice and rode long distances on the groomed trails.  Two of the signed warnings are attached as examples, but I can provide all of them if needed.  The snowmobiles overheated because they were being used improperly, not because of any mechanical issues.   [redacted] and [redacted] canceled snowmobiles within our cancellation period and were not due any refund, as a courtesy we were able to re-rent the snowmobiles and credit them back for their rentals.  The refund of $573.21 was processed on 3/1 and is attached.   Thank you,   Becka W[redacted] Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals [redacted] Since I'm limited to only four attachments I've attached a partial selection of our supporting documents.  I can provide any additional documents upon request.[redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com[redacted]
