The granite countertop and stainless steel sink were installed on 02/23/After the installation, everything was inspected by the customer and upon satisfactionThe sink was brand new and did not have any scratches on itThe customer contacted us a few weeks after the installation to let us
know their sink has scratchedWe immediately scheduled a day for service on 04/04/to take a lookThe sink is not under warranty for wear and tearIt is and inevitable for stainless steel sinks to scratch with use, so unfortunately we cannot replace the sink for the customerWe will certainly make a replacement if the sink had a manufacturing defectWe understand there are sinks out there that come with grates, but our store do not carry those grates so we told the customer they could find a grate that fit

As previously stated, the damage done to this brand new sink purchased from Luxi Stone was from one time usage of doing some dishesThe damage is not from wear and tear, which is normally defined as: " Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of wear or aging". This sink is a defective product, if it can not be used once for which the purpose of the sink is intended for use I would like to know what the Revdex.com recommends the next step is since Luxi Stone appa***tly is refusing to replace and does not stand behind their products?

Business states that the scratches present are a result of normal wear and tear. Their warranty guards against rust, but not normal wear and tear. The sink will not be replaced.
