We ordered my granddaughters headstone through Jackson Monuments in Beloit WI in early Feb 2014. We paid for the majority up front and paid the rest in april. We are not into and near the end of July. I have called on a few occasions and the lady I have spoken to each time that I have called has been exceptionally rude. I had requested that I be called when the headstone was to be placed to have her tell me "I never know when or where he is going I cannot make any promises." Today after I called to ask about the headstone I was told "I told you last week when you called that I would call YOU when it was done." yes she did but she also stated a month ago when we spoke she would send the picture back to that I had given her to have engraved onto the ceramic... I am still waiting to recieve the picture back. She has made an already tragic experience worse with her attitude and lack of compassion. I will never ever go to this company again. When we had ordered the stone we were told that after it was paid in full it would only take about a month to be placed and that the part that would take the longest was the picture ... we are 3 months out now.
I order a head stone for my sisters grave I early Sept. It was paid in full when I submitted the paper work with the design and lettering. Mary, the secretary, said it would take six weeks. I contacted the company in Nov. and was told it takes time. It is now late Dec. and still no head stone! There has been no contact with me as to receiving my deposit, notifying me when the stone would be delivered or stating the project is finished. My 92 year old mother is waiting to see the stone before she dies!
