Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I did not want these items back and return shipping would have been covered in the refund requested by the businessI did not threaten this business at all in any sense other than suggesting I would take legal action in order to get a responseThe amount of time which I had to wait for a response was entirely unacceptable and the owner blocked contact from me because my request was too petty for him to deal withIn his response, he says I wanted the items back first, which was absolutely not the caseThe owner made no attempt to even ask if I would pay for return shipping and I have now paid to ship the items as well as refunded him in full including the shipping he paid originallySince my final contact with this business, I was threatened with a court order as the first request for non-contact, when the business made absolutely no indication that they wanted me to drop the caseI have not been doing anything that would be considered inappropriate for a customer who lost around $and has to deal with a business who made claims of starting a lost package case with the USPSThe business essentially treated me unfairly and in their response, tried to act like I did something wrong by asking that they accept responsibility for their mistake.] Regards, [redacted] ***

***(owner) has responded to all calls from this person until here recently when customer become threatening and so on we stopped contact with them after many non stop calls back to backI notified customer that their items where sent back and all this was done at our expenseWe paid for shipping of the two items that where sent back via USPS parcel post no tracking nor insures coverage due to items when sent already brokenWe did not get a payment for return shipping but customer wanted items back which was not a problem with us so we returned the items promptly via cheapest method USPS parcel postWe took this option to send items back because we have a day set policy that item is not picked up or shipped back we dispose of the item promptly via most respectful way which is recycle with local recycling plaint located here in Glasgow KYThis customer actually has been very vulgar and holding us responsible for their neglect not understanding that if you don't pay shipping and we decide to send item back at our expense we are not paying highest shipping fees to return something that we are not profiting fromThis is business in most business's is to just dispose of the item that has not been claimedAs for the refund we paid them promptly in full only to find that items sold where not as described and was going to be returned anyways due to the fact seller stated items where not opened and where opened and worked on before and seller offered refund as we sent back promptlyWe have nothing more we can do for this customer as we have bent over backwards for this customerWhere are acutely the buyer here from the seller hereWe will seek at this point if the seller is operating a business out of their home without a business license and will not put up with anymore of these slandering remarks from seller or will process for a no contact judgment that the seller is to not contact nor be within feet of me and or my business if I'm their.Sent on: 3/25/4:23:PM
