Mine was the first HVAC system installed by Jackson after they added HVAC services to their year old plumbing businessThey displayed the same courtesy, expertise and value that they've always been known for Technicians arrived exactly as scheduledEstimate and recommendations were presented in language I could understandThey were very respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and laying down clothes to avoid any messThey took care of all permits and registering of warrantiesAfter installing the recommended system, my utility bill dropped by about 20-25%

I recommend Jackson plumbing They worked very quickly and provided quality work/materials The cost was as quoted in their estimate They responded quickly when a few problems arose(no cost as work and material guaranteed)

My husband and I usually help my in-laws with any issues they get, they are in their 80'sLast week while we were away on vacation their central air went out and they called JacksonThey came and gave them a quote for a new central unit and a new hot water heater, we were going to deal with that when we got backThey were told that they need a new unit, and my mother in law was told they were being treated as they would their their own parentsThey quoted them $for the unit and $for the hot water heater, but doing them together would get them a savings of $566, for a total of $They called us and we told them to please wait till we got back, days later, if at all possible$for a hot water heater was crazy, and we just were not sure they needed a new unitThe day we got back they had their hot water heater replaced for $750, that was a new heater and instillation, more of what was expectedThe next day Bobby Terry came out and all they needed was a pound and a half of freon, which he did at no chargeWe feel that the guys who came out with Jackson were trying to take advantage of them due to their age and that the temps were in the 90's, which they spent a total of days in a house that was degrees, all because they waited on us and were lied to, just for someone to make buckYou have lost us as customers and anyone who ask us for a reference

Contacted this company to inspect gas lines and heater prior to using for the 1st time of the season and to get a quote for remodeling the bathroomI explained all of my needs when calling to schedule the appointment for a Saturday between 1-5pmThey contacted me 1st to tell me the tech was going to arrive 45mins before schedule, however, I was not at home due to working and explained this and they were okay with thatThen they called back at 1:30pm and explained that their tech had taken an emergency call and was having to install gas water heaters and they would keep me updated as to the tech's ETAAt 3pm had received no additional information, so I called for a ETA and the young lady *** *** explainedThat the current job the tech was on was a 4-hour job and they would now most likely need to reschedule my appointment At which I explained that due to sudden colder temps and the gas being the heat source that I really needed someone to inspect the lines and get the gas turned on, to which she replied That they would not be able to do all of this same day anyway, and that it would be a two day process and that they were not authorized to turn on gas outside etcAnd when asked why was this not properly explained at the initial call when I scheduled as I clearly explained what I was seeking***'s response was well we have new staff member, Amber who is not familiar with the processes and plus on the ticket it reads, remodel quotewhich was not the primary reason for the call Needless to say, I would never contact this carrier for Gas Needs as they stated to me, that it was not something they did every daySo I am thankful, they were not able to come out in the long run but not happy about the experience as a wholeI did find a great company though who came out with in two hours of my initial request and was able to complete my task in a efficient and timely fashion
