In regards to case #***,*** *** *** *** *** *** was towed in for cutting off. It ended up being a defective alternator, an alternator we replace in March 2015.Contrary to Ms*** statement that we refused to honor it was false. I made it known when her
mother, *** ***, first called concerned that the alternator may be bad, that if the alternator was indeed bad we would cover it parts and labor. We did honor the warranty--parts and labor. She did not have to pay for anything.I believe her main concern was the time it took to fix her vehicle. I had to order the alternator from the vender I bought it from. That part was not in stock and had to be ordered. Once the part was delivered, we worked the *** into the schedule, replaced it, and called *** *** *** (*** mother and person whose name is on the ticket and the main contact during this transaction) to come pick up the vehicle. That was on Thursday, 4-28-16, the same day we received the part.In response to Ms*** *** stating that I would not answer her or answer her or her mother's phone calls, they are false. That Thursday--the day they stopped by in a taxi--I had talked to Ms*** *** in the morning between 9-10am. When they did come into the shop, Ms*** *** came in first and left, then Ms*** *** came in. She explained her troubles, and I made a point to tell her that I was doing the best I could. The answer I gave them may not have been the one they wanted to hear, but in a nutshell I would let them know what was going on--whether it was waiting on parts or, once the part was in, that I was going to have my technician put the alternator in as soon as he finished the vehicle he was working on.I feel sorry for Ms*** *** and Ms*** *** predicament. Ever since they started coming here in 2009, my husband, *** ***, and I have always tried to accommodate them the best we could--even taking them home a few times after dropping off their vehicle. I believe myself to be an honorable merchant and try to do the right thing. I am sorry that they are unhappy, but my end is fulfilled--their vehicle is fixed and completely under warranty. On 4-28-my daughter made a complaint on Jackson's on my behalf Case#*** I was given an invoice #for replacing the alternator The first alternator was put on 3-5-with a year parts warranty On 4-28-16, I took my Rava-back, they gave me a hard time and kept it for four days On that day, I talked to Diane Jackson and she told me by word of mouth and wrote in down on the invoice in her handwriting and signed it stating that I have years left on warrantyToday, that alternator went badIt has only been monthsI called, talked to Diane Jackson again She stated that she would have Jackson to call youHe called back and stated that there is no warrantyThat I would have to payHe said" What do you think I'm suppose to do, replace your parts every time your parts break down"? Still, he was the one who ordered and put the part on Per Daine Jackson,I still have two years left on the warrantyI have been dealing with Jackson since he open and have see

this is the second time for this..my mother paid for this shop to put a alternator on her *** *** *** several months ago, we were told that it came with a warranty, but they refuse to honor itthe truck broke down Friday 4-22-and they are closed on the weekends so the truck didn't get there till this Monday 4-25-2016, they told us that they had to order the part, now the part finally came and they still refuse to fix itmy mom needs her insulin and its been hard for her to get it..no truck so she still don't have her medication that she depends on everyday, I on the other hand has lost my job because of thiswe do share this truck with no problemstoday 4-28-the truck is still un touched and not fixed, we know because we had to borrow cab fare to go check on the truck because they have not been answering our phone calls and they wont return our calls either, once we got there we asked when are you going to finish this truck it has been here much too long...the owner
