I am rejecting this response because: This entire statement is a lie.We did go for one month but did not sign any contractWe did not agree to automatic withdrawls eitherWhen we contacted the manager he never returned our phone callsThe employees at the gym apologized profusely for the misunderstanding and told us they were giving our multiple messages to the manager but he continued to ignore our phone callsWe filed fraud charges with our bank and after their investigation we were refunded the money because they agreed that the charges were indeed fraudulentI have never experienced such poor customer service and the response that they have given to the Revdex.com is inexcusable in my personal opinion.
