membership be canceled, and we refuse to cancel his membership and continue to try and bill him.*** *** was a former member of Phoenix fitness back in He then re-joined in May *** At that time he filled out and signed a membership agreement that states to cancel a membership there is a day notice to cancelOn June *** he was billed his monthly amount of $His credit card was declinedI then called him and left him a voice mail that his payment did not go through as the card was declined and to please call us with an updated credit card numberHe then called and said he has not been to the club in months and was not payingI explained to him that he signed an agreement which states that there is a day notice to cancelHe then asked that I send him a copy of his signed agreement which I didHis next response was *** *** ***
