I am rejecting this response because: This entire statement is a lie.We did go for one month but did not sign any contract. We did not agree to automatic withdrawls either. When we contacted the manager he never returned our phone calls. The employees at the gym apologized profusely for the misunderstanding and told us they were giving our multiple messages to the manager but he continued to ignore our phone calls. We filed fraud charges with our bank and after their investigation we were refunded the money because they agreed that the charges were indeed fraudulent. I have never experienced such poor customer service and the response that they have given to the Revdex.com is inexcusable in my personal opinion.

when Mr. [redacted] signed up at Jackosns martial arts and fitness he gave us his credit card information. The stream we use is set for a year long contract and pulls money from the card on file every month. Class were attended for a month by [redacted] and then She quit coming. The system...
automatically pulled out money For his membership. After 2 months mr. [redacted] contacted the manager of the gym and said he was red to cancel and wanted his money back. Usually we charge a cancellation fee and ask for a written notice of the cancellation. We cancelled the membership which we usually don't do without the written notice and we took no cancellation fee. My manager handled this and informed Mr. [redacted] that we would not refund the 2 months that the membership was active and class was not attended.
