We at Jacksons take our special financing very serious We are analyzing this deal to understand the details of this transaction It is our mission to treat all customers fairly regardless of credit worthiness Also transparency is of our utmost concern We will look at this situation and determine what we can do to shed light on the situation or if there is anything we can do to help this customer

The customer bought a low mileage Chrysler Concorde He paid around $5,for the vehicleAt the time of the sale, the customer signed a used vehicle disclosure of as isHe also had the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected There were no known safety issues at the time of purchase Since then, the customer has had to put money into the vehicle and wants an unreasonable request of either a $refund or a full refund of the purchase price He has sent a certified letter with his documentation and demands We feel we have done nothing wrong and the Concorde was a gently owned low mile purchase Its unfortunate the customer does not feel the same as [redacted] s in this instanceAt [redacted] s we pride ourselves on selling quality vehicles Unfortunately on occasion, we will sell a vehicle we feel is in excellent condition, however ends up needing some work It is difficult for us to predict this therefore we are sure to add our As Is used vehicle disclosure to our older vehiclesWe are disappointed this customer feels the way he does

I am rejecting this response because: They claim not to know anything about having a problem We had a deal on trading my car and $2,for a truck that was older then my carWe signed all paperwork and they even notorized my titleWe shook hands and exchanged keys and even transfered insurance to the new used truckThen while waiting for the title for the truck the manager decided to change his mind saying the sales lady made a mistake and he wanted more money! We wasted a full days work losing $and by them having me sign my title cost me more money because it made it invalid causing me to have to pay to get a cleared titleWe took money out of our account and at the end of the day we went home without anything! No we are not satisfied with their response that they will sell us another vehicle on payments! The whole deal wad to trade my car and pay the $2,so their would be No payments! We feel they only care about making a dollar not caring it cost Us the consumer money!

I am rejecting this response because:The dealer supposedly prides itself on doing a thorough check of all of their vehicles, and I have proof that they did no such check and have the documentation of all work prior to my getting the vehicle that I secured after I noted the issueI have a letter from the previous owner who documented that they knew of a significant problemThe documentation they refer to me signing was presented at the very last possible moment knowing that I had to drive back to Edmond and it was past 7pmThe car had major safety issues that I had to correct
