by salesperson from the customerThe salesperson informed the customer that the credit score would be obtained but the credit application would not be submitted to any banks at that timePayment ranges were worked for the customer but until a dealership submits the application for approval, exact payments are not availableOur Sales Manager talked with the customers at this time and they said they could obtain financing through their credit union but was not aware what the interest would beAfter some discussion with our sales person and sales manager the customers were going check with their credit union on Monday and they agreed to let us run their credit application to a few of our banks so that we would get an exact interest rate and compare it to theirs on MondayI am not sure where the break down in communication wasOur sales manager has reached out to Mrs*** on more than one occasion and left messages but she has not returned his callI apologize for any misunderstanding.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: we drove into the dealership just looking around for a Chrysler 300. Salesperson James approached us and asked what we were looking for. I started that beautiful Chrysler was to expensive. Then he was outside talking to my husband about a truck my husband was looking at how beautifulmthis color was. Anyway James told us this Chrysler was on sale until he looked at the advertisement paper. He asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. We did. I told him I was already preapproved from  my bank and not to run my credit. I filled out a short form application, and said to James is just for informational and asked them to not run my credit. Later that day I receieved an alert from Credit Karma that was from the dealership that ran my credit without my authorization. Sunday and Monday got more inquiries and my husband spoke to Monte about why was my credit ran, he replied he wasn' informed. Attached is an inquiry from this bank from out of state. All 8nwant is to have these hard inquiries onnTransion and Equifax taken off. I did not give my authorization for them to run my credit. I did recieve a callmfrom James sales person and told him how I felt, and didn' Wang anymore contact ith them. Monte called me twice apologizing on the voicemail about what had happened and he' apologized. I did not want no contact after what was done to my credit. Upset to know your working hard to get your credit straightened out and for them to run whatever bank they thought it was right to do ???This is what happened, all I want is for them is to remove those hard inquiries...[redacted]
