I paid for movers to move me they required me to pay them up front for a 3rd mover after I paid for the men and hours through my Initial contact though living social movers hours and a truck It was there I paid the additional for the move totalling I called the company several times during the day they answered and hung up Initially they told us that they would be here between 9-then 11am came and went my mother called again they then said they would be here around since then we have tried tu o reach then and there has been no call no show
Purchased to have movers to move meI paid $for hours of serviceHowever I paid an additional in services was due because of needing more time to move my things The movers arrived on April 28th,2017.During the move my headboard to my bed was brokenThe driver took pictures and stated he would make a report to file a claim so I could get reimbursed for repairsI have made several calls to see when my refund will be givenEverytime I call I get the same responseSome guy keeps telling me that the claim has been approved but as of today June 12th,2017, I still haven't received anythingI've also noticed that the company has now changed the name to Roovet corporationIt is very difficult to reach anyone in this companySome days they answer the phone and some days they don'tIt's been a month and a half and these people have not reimbursed my money
