drains or fix any leaks.Ms*** called and said she had a leak so our estimator *** *** visited to take a lookHe noticed water on pipes coming from under a Tub.He recommended to Ms*** that she have her plumber (Who did all of the work) take a look at this.Ms*** became irate and began to yell at ***She then called the office and spoke very poorly to our staff.Jaco has no liability hereThere was no Guarantee given and never is on Dig-Ups that Jaco does not completely do.Here are the following emails.***:DO NOT USE JACO WATERPROOFING THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WARRANTY AND WANT YOU DO THE WORK YOU PAID THEM TO DO AND IF YOU HAVE USE THEM AND THEIR SUBSTANDARD INSTALLERS AND HAVE A PROBLEM LIKE MINE AND HAVE WATER ALL OVER MY LAUNDRY ROOM BE SURE THAT THEY DO NOT SEND *** *** THE FIRST THING OUT OF HIS MOUTH HE IS NOT PAYING FOR A PLUMBER TO MOVE THE UTILITY TUB BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE WATER IS COMING THROUGH THE WALL BEHIND THE UTILITY TUB WHERE JACO WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE WATERPROOFED. AND MY LAWYER TOLD ME TO TAKE THEM TO COURT BECAUSE IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILTY TO DO WHAT EVER HAS TO BE DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. MR *** *** ADVISED ME THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SO I AM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AFTER GETTING ESTIMATES TO HAVE ANOTHER WATERPROOFING COMPANY TO DO WHAT JACO SHOULD HAVE DONE. I PAID $TO HAVE THAT WALL AND THE WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO WATERPROOF THAT WALL AND NOW I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND JACO WANTS ME TO FIX IT. BY THE WAY THIS WORK WAS DONE MAY 21, 2015. My plumber is coming to examine that tub and is willing to sign a statement as to whether the tub is leaking as a part of the small claim if it is not the tub I feel it is your responsibility to pay his fee. What Mr*** said the proper way to repair the leak is to do the job the same way I paid to have it done the first time which was $2500.00.
