I was "accidentally" charged twice for my rent payment. I have direct deposit so the Domain took 1,280$ from my account at one time. I was charged a negative withdrawal fee due to the fact that I did not have that amount of money in my account. When I tried to get my problem solved the accounts manager told me there was nothing they could do about it. My second charge for rent would be held on pause for the next months rent. However, they took over 600$ from my account and that extra money they charged me was for my living expenses for the month, therefore I was left completely broke for an entire month. I had talked to the manager numerous times and she did not do anything about it. I had to borrow money from my friends due to the Domain's issue. I also had to pay the negative withdrawal fee as well. The Domain handled this situation extremely wrong and poorly, I would NEVER suggest living here due to the poor customer service and how poorly they handled important situations.
This place always smell like marijuana and has loud riots out in the parking lot. They have people who have try to jump off their balconies. The front desk staff is always rude and they don't ever have any knowledge about anything related to the apartment. Management is a joke. It takes FOREVER to get a maintenance request fixed and when they say they fixed it, they really didn't. The security here is also a joke, they think they are tough cops....but really aren't. They like to be friends with residents so when something serious happens they never actually handle it. They also like to look through people's cars. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
