[redacted] Hi,We just talked I am responding to a complaint made by [redacted] The complaint is about a deposit for the following address[redacted] * [redacted] ** [redacted] ** She claimed in her complaint that I need to give her back her deposit She omitted a lot of details in her favor in her complaint This is what really happened.We met a few weeks before the day she met to give the depositShe commutted to the place noting some flaws After checking her background I eventually I talked to the owner and he said we could let her get the place I informed her I would be put of town a few weeks and when I returned we could meet for the deposit Her move in date was to be october 3rd and not september 18th The day we met for the deposit Prior to the meeting I told her I would be out of town and then if things were not done on my return I would make sure they would be by the time she would move Upon seeing the place however she changed her mind First she said yes hesitantly She called a few hours later and I talked her into staying as I told her I still had a couple weeks to get things done By the way her complaint made it sound like mold was an issue with water Thete was no issue with either There were minir things remaing like paintjng, installing an outlet, installing a oven vent, and blinds The next day she said she still didnt want it I was not in town that day and was not going to drop what im doing to meet her for her and her deposit That was apparently what she thought was going to happen after wasting weeks of time I could have leased the property to someone else Beyond that I had deposited the money orders There was a problem however She had written the money orders to the wrong name I told her who to write them to and she didnt listen That is on text message As a result I told her I would return the money once the money orders cleared They never did They bounced the second business day since they were written to the wrong entity Hence I cant give her money I did not recieve I have electronic documentation of that.In regards to her other issues She doesnt listen and makes presumtions that are poor She assumed I wouldnt change anything when I had weeks left Many of the issues have since been fixed She cant say what I would have done with the house because she doesnt know She only assumes and is trying to state what she assumes as fact which is ofcourse wrong Next time she should learn to not make poor assumptions and listen to whom to write the money order to
