I am rejecting this response because:I cannot believe that this was deemed an acceptable response to my complaintIt is merely the same story I got from Nova Pro Roofing the first time I approached them with the issueAll of my evidence was gathered from seasoned and qualified contractors in the field and even the manufacturerNone of this evidence was countered by Nova Pro Roofing with anything other than “we do not agree”This means nothingAll of my bills were and have been paid in full to Nova Pro Roofing, so this point is completely irrelevant to this discussionFurthermore, if I choose to post my story, if you will, on online review websites then I am completely at liberty to do soAs long as they are professionally presented The tone and wording of this response demonstrates this company’s unprofessionalismThe content demonstrates that they have no information to support not agreeing with the presented evidenceThis issue should have been resolved a year ago when it was brought to the attention of Nova Pro Roofing

Hello, I am writing in response to the complaint listed above that we received under our business name on the Revdex.comI just wanted to let you know that we received the complaint letter and we do not agree with the story that [redacted] provided as it does not give the entire story and is full of half-truths as to what actually happened [redacted] was refusing to pay his bill for work and threatened to blast us with a bad review on every site he could, blackmail/bullying tacticsWe have been in touch with a lawyer and are compiling our case to respond to these claims, once all our information and evidence has been compiled we will forward through to this e-mail address Thank you [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for my grandchildren's tuition starting in 2013, which implies that Ms*** had a contract with me. I had paid the childrens' tuition through the end of May 31st, which means that said children were indeed entitled to attend my grandson's preschool graduationWhen Ms*** was made aware of this, she offered to refund the last two weeks of his tuition as she no longer wanted the children to attend. We are still waiting for the refund. *** *** is an overly wrought, emotional woman who confided to my daughter that her decision to keep the children from attending and participating in the preschool graduation was strictly based on personal issues she was having. Please make note that she only consented to let the children attend after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I fear she does not realize that this is no way to run a business, especially where the lives of young children are concerned. She's lucky I didn't call CPS and report her extremely abusive behavior regarding this matter, wherein my and year old grandchildren were sobbing because they couldn't understand why, two days before the event, due to no fault of their own, they were being denied participation in their preschool's graduation. Emotional? You bet I was emotional once these facts and copies of her menacing telephone texts were presented to me. Again, she only consented to their participation after I filed this complaint. She did not return my telephone call nor did she respond to my message beforehand, offering to discuss the matter and allow her to rescind her cruel decisionWhile I was gratified the children and their family were allowed to attend the graduation, her conduct regarding this matter has been extremely unprofessional and raises questions regarding her mental and emotional stability. I trust any discerning parents will be making an informed decision based on the facts in this matter, and not how she wishes to present them

The facts are as follows....First and foremost Bright Minds Playschool has NEVER had a contract with the person that filed this complaint, therefore her thoughts based entirely on emotion versus a legally binding contract have no merit. The family that DID have a contract, terminated enrollment of...

their two children on Wednesday May 18th. Based on our contract, upon termination of enrollment, students will not be invited to attend future Bright Minds Playschool events. These events are only to be attended by active Bright Minds Playschool enrolled students. Because a family may donate school supplies does not obligate Bright Minds Playschool to extend activities beyond the termination of the contract. Their decision to terminate was the last day they were entitled to attend school functions. When they found out this information, I was harassed, threatened, and obviously made to feel like I was a terrible teacher, when what they clearly don't understand is that a business contract is based on law, not on emotion. Her complaint shows no breach of contract, just an attempt to damage my business image within the industry. Due to my fondness of these students, I chose and had a phone discussion with the contracted family on Thursday May 19th at 11:31am. though against my companies policy, to allow the family to attend the Graduation on Friday May 20th. After our conversation, and the explanation that the grandmother was emotional, I felt it best to allow the family to attend. On May 20th the two former students graduated and based on the thankful messages I was sent, the mother seemed very satisfied with the resolution.
