This is falseThey have asked for others for our address, etcThey have given court document numbers out to those they have called They have even asked us when we are here and answer the phoneThey never once have sent us anything regarding this matter in the mailThey have threatened my father with jail time/court in this matterWe also have found out just recently that have been calling my mother in laws friend up asking for informationWe dont even have a relationship with herWe bearly even know her, just her name,Why call her? Per the response received from Jacobs Marsh, “ordered the requested documents and have been waiting to receive the information” clearly shows they did not have the information required to validate the debt per the Texas finance code. I dispute the validity of this entire debtI request validation of this debt per Texas Finance CodeI have disputed this debt with the credit reporting agencies and you continue to validate it without providing the information I have requestedPlease note Transunion, Experian, and Equifax are bonded in the state of Texas and are required to comply with Texas Finance Code if you fail to meet code requirementsDelete this trade line if you do not have sufficient time to complete an investigation to validate this debt in days according to Sec(d)(1) This was formerly disputed and Jacbos Marsh continues to report this on my credit report despite not being able to validate the debt. Thank you very much for your response,Both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act govern our collections and credit reporting at the federal level. We have acknowledged your dispute and truthfully reported that you are disputing the debt to your credit so that other financial institutions can see that you do not agree with the reporting. Per the FDCPA, we have ordered the requested documents and are patiently awaiting that information to be available. It would be impossible to have that information immediately available on every account and our actions are perfectly in line with the law and common practice for the industry.In the meantime, we will agree to completely remove the reporting of delinquency while we await that supporting documentation. We will request this be done by the close of business today. We genuinely hope this resolves your complaint.

 Again....This does nothing to solve a thing. As of our last inquiry, No this company has not contacted us since we outed them in contacting people that have no claims to our family or our life.
