We did receive an order from Mr*** for a Cisco Linksys Wireless Media Connector (eBay item ***) on August 30, and shipped it out to him the following business day, September 2ndThe package shipped out via U.S
mail with tracking number ***We did ship the package to the exact address that Mr*** provided at checkoutAccording to the tracking, on September 4th the Mngo Valley, California post office (his local post office) marked the package as "undeliverable as addressed"We received the package back at our office on September Mr*** stated that he was instructed by the Postmaster to put the package back into the mail to have them redeliverUnfortunately, once the postage and package has been marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to us within a few days (this is from past history)The only way to have the package go out is to reship the package and pay for postage againThe postage on the original package was $but we had only charged Mr*** $We did issue Mr*** a refund after he declined our offer to ship it back out if he paid for reshipping
We do only have customer service reps and both did respond to his multiple emailsBoth representatives have been with our company for over years and our eBay Top Seller Rating shows that we do value our customers and make every effort to make their transaction as easy as possible
