Review: I made contact to check our options if I were to change internet satellite providers. [redacted] on three occasions mis-represented a plan for [redacted]. So I decided to change to [redacted]. The installer installed the new dish 5.2.2016. On 5.3.2016 I was able to check my information on [redacted]'s web site. Much to my surprise the plan was top of the line $89.99/month plan. This is $40.00/month than promised for a lesser plan. I initially thought this was an input error and tried to call Mr Jacobssen 4 times hoping he would correct the mistake. He did not and has not returned my calls after I left a message each time. So I called [redacted] directly and found out the plan Mr. [redacted] sold me does not exist. He lied to me in a bait and switch so now I am making this complaint.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to stop this business from cheating other people. He is a fraud and a cheat he needs to be stopped.
