Jacobson and Wright

I want to say I have not received a validation letter from this company and I'm not paying if I have validation letter. Send a validation letter first of what debt I have if not then they can't call me.

This company is in violation of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Pub L 95-109; 91 Stat 874, codified as 15 U.S.C. 1692-1692, approved on September 20,1977 and subsequently amended. Failure to provide company address, failure to inform client the call was being recorded, failure to cease communication after request for validation had been made, purposeful misrepresentation or deceit, threatening legal action, abusive language.

No calls or any attempts to collect on your debt will be made to contact you or any other # on your account from our office, if you work in the industry then you should have asked to speak with a manager or to me Mr Jacobson, I listened to all the calls between you and my representatives an at no time was that request madewe will Cease & desist any contact with you per your request, as when were are collecting a debt we must adhere to our clients guidelines and the laws which were all meat in the contact with youIf you wish to contact me Mr Jacobson directly you may if you wish to handle his matter, but again no contact will be made to you! as your account is be placed under Cease & desist!

This is part of my complaint against Jacobson and WrightThey continue to call me with a "spoofed" number ###-###-#### with my local area codeBack in August, I spoke with the owner Mike Jacobson and informed him not to call my work number (which is the law in accordance with the Consumer Fair
Debt Collections Practices Act)Mike Jacobson readily agreed never to call my work number againI took notes from our callJacobson and Wright's number popped up on my personal cell phone AND my work number yesterday, October 28, I have logged all these calls and contacted an attorney and local law enforcementLocal law enforcement advised me to avoid contact and not give them any moneyJacobson and Wright's processes are in violation of the Consumer Fair Debt Collections Practices ActJason T*** threatens to show up at your home or business, don't provide thorough information, use probable names (personal and business - Jason T***, ACM Processilocal law enforcement said this company does not exist and only a Sheriff can deliver such "papers")The payday loan lender they mentioned has not even heard of Jacobson and Wright or their supposed "client"The initial conversation on July 31, was a huge red flag to my local law enforcementThe caller demanded I get a Prepaid credit card that minute or they were going to prosecute me from their office for "direct refusal"The caller refused to US Post mail out a statement and repeatedly asked me why I was asking for it since I "didn't need it" because I was a "deadbeat" who didn't pay their billsAll of this in violation of the Consumer Fair Debt Collections Practices ActOn top of it all, I've had identity theft and let the caller know this...they did not seem to care to even prove I owed them anythingPlease stop these people from harassing me! Absolutely no further contact by this business
