Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not aware that the contractor was fired until our neighborhood block party 1-weeks agoI had sent those text messages to the contractor earlier this year in July and August when I was aware ge was still an employee that he had responded to my messages about getting the repairs doneI was instructed to contact the cpntractor first as per my conversation with the Builder Mrs [redacted] earlier this year and I have done so since with no problemsIssues with disgruntled employees per their response is not my concernI just want the issues resolvedI had checked my contract paperwork and the number that I had text is indeed Ms [redacted] because I had called her about other issues earlierthis yearI still have my messages in my phone as evidenceI am not here for heresay or he say she say, I just want my issues resolvedAlso in my contract it said to contact the builder and not the websiteThank you Regards, [redacted]

The walk through wsas scheduled for today with my realtor as my standin. The new contractor Mr. [redacted] will be in contact with me per my realtor Mr. [redacted] to address the non-electrical issues. As per my realtor, Ms. [redacted] will have an electrician come and fix my wall outlet for my kitchen and bedroom. I will let you know when these things have been scheduled and repaired. Good morningI had sent a text message to Ms*** *** contractor Mr*** whom is over the workers initially starting in July and again in August and again in October with no resultI had then this October sent the same message to Ms*** *** one if the owners herself this month and still no responseSo they have left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Revdex.comOn July 17, at 756pm, I had sent the first message anout the tongue of my front door *** keep getting stuck, and my key not working for my back doorknob or deadboltThen I had sent another message in August about another power surge that knocked out power to one of the same outlets that still does not work.Both door seals needed replacing, my front lock on my side gate not working, a reminder about my back doorI had to send anpther message in August because nothing was done still and my refrigerator needed looking at because the light does not work even woth replacing the bulbI ha

The person Mrs *** attempted to contact no longer works for the companyI, the owner have never received any messages from this clientWe have a website, office numbers and the realtor that sold her the houseShe has made no attempt through any of those sourcesWe have warranty claims in
the subdivision that we take care of usually within 3-business daysIf mrs *** had used any of the correct contact information for the company and not the disgruntled fired employee

We have no issues addressing any warranty claims. The employee in question was fired for this exact problem. Another customer said he didn't handle all of their concerns after he informed me they were taken care of. We have an office number 228-*** and email address any time there is a concern. I do not have your cell phone number. Please provide it and *** the office manager will contact you to set up a time for someone to come assess your concerns. If something was not handled properly through a particular employee, then the concern should go through the office. If an employee tells me its taken care of and I never hear anything further from the client, then I have no reason to question if everything is okPlease provide your number and we will schedule a time that is best for you
