I had a sliding door and screen installed in August. The installation was done poorly. There were various issues including the door bowing and the screen door is very
difficult to open. I have called multiple times since the installation looking to have the issues resolved. Initially I was told they would take care of it in 7 to 10 days. They never called back and scheduled the appointment. I have been calling since, only to get the response "We are busy and don't know when we can get there."

Review: I had two patio doors installed by Jacqueline Home remodeling on 1/12/06. Doors have 10 years warranty.

In March 2015 I noticed that one panel in the right door (looking from outside) lost vacuum and became foggy.

I called three times (3/31/15, 4/2/15, 4/7/15) and spoke with Charlie to schedule a visit and repair. But nothing was done as of today 5/9/15.Desired Settlement: Repair a.s.a.p.

Please be advised this is the second time [redacted] has contacted us regarding this problem and we did tell him when we were in the area we would stop by. We plan on going out this week and making certain the glass is indeed faulty. I spoke with [redacted] this morning and told him there would be a charge of $125.00 for us to install this glass, the glass itself there is not cost for. [redacted] told me he would get back to me. I am waiting for him to contact us to move forward. Thank you.

Review: Siding has fallen of the side of my house 6 weeks ago. Company says has to order in quantity so I have to wait for them to order. They should have replacement siding in stock or be able to get it in a day this is unacceptable business. I call every week and get no answers.Desired Settlement: Get it repaired.

Review: Sliding two doors were installed in my house on 1/12/2006.

In June 2014 I called the company regarding damaged insulation cord at the bottom of one door. After about 6 six weeks service man came to check the issue. And no response were received from the company since then. I expect such a repair to be covered by 10 year warranty.Desired Settlement: Sliding door repaired.
