We recently contracted with Big Pavers for a substantial (4,000+ sq. ft.) residential paver project that included a replacement driveway and sidewalks as well as a new gate entry and courtyard. The project was complicated and included a retaining wall, electrical installation, an additional motor entry to our property and a drainage system installation. Ed Silva and his team did a fantastic job. They solved problems creatively, worked diligently and produced a beautiful and complete final product. We were fully engaged throughout the project and kept current on each phase. We appreciated Ed's suggestions and attention to detail that added to our vision of the project.. I would recommend Big Pavers with out hesitation for any size project.

Very upset with installation. I paid extra to have my paver patio sealed. The next day it rained and all the sand/grout washed out. I called the owner and he said that was the second call and he must have gotten a bad batch of sand. I questioned if it would have be be sealed again when it was repaired and he said no. It took two weeks and numerous calls and threats to post a bad review and court to finally get the job repaired and it has washed out again. I have requested the owner to come out and inspect the job and have had no response. I am not sure if they should have sealed it again or what the problem is. I paid cash for the job and now I am going to have to pay someone else to fix this job and take this business to court.

Recently, I planned to do the extension on my patio with pavers and hired Big Pavers to do the jobs. The work was well done at a very good price. They finished the 8 by 12 patio extension and cleaned up afterwards efficiently with such a high quality of work. They were very professional and did an excellent job.
