was a retail suit, but I grant her the favor and rented her the suit; which was aloss on my behalf by renting a retail suit.She was told to pick up the suit on January 12 the after 5:00PM; instead she came at 10Am. On herarrival she stated she had to catch a flight, the suit was ready just needed to be repressed. She thenrequested to try on the suit before I pressed it, as she stated she had lost some weight since her initialfitting.! did allow her to try on the suit. After trying on the suit, she stated "it's fine." She left the shop.She was told to return within fourth five minutes to pluck up the suit. Before she left with the suit wasnotified of return date, January 16th 2017. I never heard from her until January 17, 2017, which was aday late. She also reported that she spoke with me on January 15th, 2017, of which the shop is closed onSundays; it's not a business day for me. It's a false report.On January 17, 2017, when she returned the suit I was about to close the shop. She complained the pantlegs were wrinkled, and requested a refund because of the wrinkled pant legs. As I recalled she traveledwith the suit from New York to Florida, perhaps that's why the pant legs were wrinkled during thetransport. She is requesting a refund which I refused to give her. I feel! went above and beyond toaccommodate her with this suit. At this time I told her I was closed, I had an important appointment I hadto leave. She refused to vacate the premises and continued arguing for approximately half hour., statingshe is not leaving until! refund her money.
