Mr*** was quoted $per plowing as he statesHe was also advised that if there is a snowfall
over 6" or wet/heavy snow, that he could be
charged double as it takes longer to plowWe have
plowed for Mr*** in the past and he is well aware of our billing practices
Sometime at the end of December or beginning of January, Mr*** advised us that he did not want
to be plowed every snowfall and would call when he wanted to be plowedHe was then advised once
again of our billing practicesTherefore the snow was accumulating in Mr***'s driveway between
these plowingsOn January 25, Mr*** had not been plowed the previous snowfall (January 14)
On January 30, Mr*** had not been plowed the previous snowfall (January 26)He was billed
according to the time it took to clear his driveway
All of this was explained again to Mr*** in a phone call on 2-15-We will not refrain from billing
him
I have enclosed documentation of correspondence with Mr***

The only understanding we ever had was that the price for plowing my drive would be $28. This is the price I paid throughout the previous winter, when snow fell in varying amounts. The claims that I was advised that the price might be some thing else are simply not factual. In particular, no specific price other than $was ever mentioned. I am not willing to pay a price for a service which I did not know in advance. Thank you for allowing me to present my case
