Unethical. Quoted job ($450) to fix leak in window and they didn't perform work correctly. Pictures are AFTER their work. When realized they didn't fix the issue, provided another quote ($2350) for significantly more money and effort. Eventually I asked Pella to quote the fix. For the price of a service visit (
