Dear ***,Let me start by saying how deeply sorry I am for any inconvenience during this move .We at Orange van lines owner our customers and would like to work with you on those complaint.I check for you the status of the your re-delivery and its should be done next week.however there are issue in your move:the driver try to contact you on Sunday May 30th in order to delver your items but you couldn't accept delivery therefore based on our terms and condition you signed and agree at time of reservation and again when you signed on the Bill of leading contract at time of pick upits informed that if we will need to do re-delivery we will have to unload the items to storage and then re-delivery for additional charge.please review the contract your signed on : "Re-delivery :$Full re-handling /delivery fees are applied when the carrier must make a second attempt to delivery the property if for any reason the shipper did not accept delivery on the first attempt " because we understand our customers and would like you to be happy from the service we provide we didn't ask for the full $re-delivery fee as should be per our contract and only asking for you to pay the cost its cost us to delivers your items again to storage our record show that our customer service try to contact you many times with no answerplease provide us with valid phone # so we can set for you the delivery asap any adjustment or reimbursement can be consider by filing a claim with our claim dept please contact us asap : [redacted] Sincerely ,your moving company orange van lines [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I have got my stuffs yesterday As expected, some of my goods are damaged /like, my TV table got out of shape, My mattress is teared, Crack on my TV frame, side table is cracked, My bed got out of shape, broken crockeries .Also while loading the goods at Kentucky, they have de-assembled my furniture and while unloading yesterday they did not assemble it backI have to do on my ownIt was a mental torture by Orange van lines.I wont be going for a claim as I don't want to be in chaos situation with Orange Van lies as they don't know how to speak to their clientI don't want to fight for a claim and loose peace of my mind Also I wont be recommending any one in future to hire Orange Van lines nor I will be using it back.I thank Revdex.com for all support as because of Revdex.com, at least I got reply of my mails where previously Orange Van lines did not feel like replying to me

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID As Orange Van Lines requested, I am working through the claims process, but with nearly damaged, lost, or stolen items, it is taking some time to gather sufficient documentation for the claimI hope to have the claim submitted sometime next weekOnce the claims process is complete, I will follow up with this Revdex.com case.I still have not received any direct communications, other than this Revdex.com response, from Orange Van Lines regarding any of the issues that we experiencedUntil they make an effort to reach out to us to communicate about these issues and their resolutions, we will find it difficult to close this case with a positive resultOrange makes a lot of great promises about its quality service to potential customersBut when things go wrong, they appear to go into defense mode, hiding behind answering machines and a customer service process that includes little or no follow-upWhen a customer is paying thousands of dollars for a service, the expectations for customer service needs to be higher than a simple "deal with our claims department."
