I moved the Eau Claire, Wi back in OctWhen I first tried Jade Garden it was greatAfter a couple orders though they kept getting worse and worseMy fiance and I figured that maybe we just had a couple of bad experiences because some of the stuff was super good and others not so muchOne day I got uncooked chicken though in my orange chicken after I waited a half hour longer than my estimated timeThey said the first batch they made wasn't good so they had to remake itWhy did they wait to tell me until check out while I was impatiently waiting right there I don't knowI let it go and just decided not to go back..After a couple months my fiance and I missed the food well when it was good so we decided to give it another tryThey got my order wrong so I finally decided to call and say somethingI asked to talk to the manager who I could barely understand but in the end we came to the agreement that he would put a credit on my account for chicken lo mein, the order they messed upThat was on April 8thI decided to go back today and when I called to claim my credit they said it didn't exist and there was nothing they could doI asked to talk to the manager thenAfter I asked that she said she called the manager because he was out and was able to get the credit put on my account because they recently changed computer systems and lost a lot of informationOk great it was handled and I was happyWhen I arrived I picked up my bag and the hostess apologized about the confusion and the computerI said no problem I know how computers can be I'm just glad it was taken care ofWhen I got home I opened my bag to find chicken fried rice, which I hate, and called immediatelyThe host told me she repeated the order to me multiple times and I was wrong I ordered chicken fried riceI asked to talk to the manager and she said he's not there and they don't when he will be inAt this point I was getting upset because I told them I would bring the food back because I don't want it and they could give me the right thingShe refused and said she did nothing wrong and that I was in the wrong, so I got her name and called again at a later time to see if there was someone available to talk toWhen somebody answered I just calmly asked to talk to a supervisorThe hostess had no idea who to give the phone to and I could hear all the yelling in the background about who should she give the phone to because somebody wants to complain, this was repeated multiple timesShe asked if I could hold a couple of minutes and I said thats fineI used to manage a couple restaurants so I stayed calm and started stating my situationI started with my orders being messed up in the past but I have had good experiences in the past so I moved on from them because everyone make mistakes and then I explained about the credit I was told was put on file for me when I called in on April 8thBefore I could even get halfway through everything he started interrupting me and calling me a liar saying I lied and I didn't have a credit on my account and that he heard her repeat to me what I wanted and its my fault, I'm confused how he heard that if he wasn't there and had to be called to approve the creditI asked him if I could finish and he said no I'm a liar, I just kept goingI told him the hostess, *** handle the credit and computer situation great and I was happy about that, but I was not happy that I got the wrong orderHe lost it on me again before I could even finish, he started calling me a liar and I'm stealing free food and kept going onI started losing my patients so I asked who I was talking to and he told me not to worry about itI heard the girl ask if I should talk to Lee or *** while they were trying to figure it out so I asked if it was ***? He snapped back at me no its ***So I asked him what his title was and he said owner is that good enough for youI asked him if he even cared that they messed up my order multiple times and he said noI repeated myself you the owner don't care that your company keeps messing up loyal customers orders and he said noI lost my calmness and stated that is a horrible choice from an owner and he called me a horrible customer and lair, then hung up on me
