Ms [redacted] contacted me to hire my crew to work on her mom house sand/refinishing floorsWe gave her a quote of She bargain on the phone and begged me to gave her My crew showed up at her mom house and started to sand/refinishing the floorsHer mom said my guys are doing an excellent jobShe even text me telling me that they have done a good job, but she never showed up at the house while my guys are working there and never saw my guys how skillful they are performed on the floorsThe next day, she said that my guys are doing great and she wants to hire my guys to install and stain the doorsMy guys do not agree with the quoteSuddenly, she contacted me complaint about the floorsMy guys are returning to look at what is issue with the floorsHer mom said just come back and touch up two areasMy guys are happy to come back to touch up the floors for her mom, but "NO" Ms [redacted] went on her own way that she wants us to move the furniture and curtainsMy guys are felt uncomfortable because they know right away that if they were coming back to touch up the floorsShe will complaint about the furnitures and that she wants us to pay for the furnitures tooI was happy to contact Ms [redacted] to work it out, but "NO" she wants do her own wayAccording to the Contract does not stated that we moved the furnitures for herI kept telling her that and she said it doesn't matterMs [redacted] and I spoke about this issue on the phone and we both agree that deduct all the expenses except my guys salary to gave her a partial refundShe agree with me on the phone and I have record her voice message that she agrees with the partial refundI've been extremely busy with my family and workShe kept asking her a check every dayIt likes she is desperate of the moneyI told her according to invoice there is a net daysI do not have time mail to her and have my assistant mail to her houseThe check #= $dated as of 7/and the check has already clearedShe is not entitle to receive another refund, but I was very generous to compromise and work out with her 50/to be fair on both sideThe Contractor and Owner, but "NO" she wants her full refundI shared with her my guys spend all her expenses on the jobShe kept asking for her money full refund and she said she will never tell anyoneLater, she turned around doing behind my backShe said she will not saying anything to anyone and she is a good ChristianI don't think she is a good ChristianA good Christian will keep their words what they said and promise their wordsShe is a lier, and dishonestShe kept complaint one things and another thingsShe filed a Revdex.com complaint and went to speak with [redacted] supportThe [redacted] support are willing to work with both of usI have educated her about the floors, but she has a problem listeningShe doesn't listen and she kept complaint one thing and another thingI told her if she kept complaintI will have my attorney contact herShe is not entitle to receive another refund

We do not agree with Ms *** that she e-mailed the attachmentThe fact is we educated Ms *** about her old floors and she does not understand and know about the floorsWe explained to her that the floors was oldIt does not take in enough of the stainThe whole floors need to replace a new woodIt requires to install the new woodsWe tried to explain to her, but she doesn't understand and have NO KNOWLEDGE of the hardwood floors. We were helping her out, but no she wants to go on her own wayWe were generous to give her a partial refund and she is asking moreShe is not entitle to receive more refundPlease find attached is a partial refund that I provided to herThe total she should receive is 320, but we were generous to refund her

She even text me telling me that they have done a good job, but she never showed up at the house while my guys are working there and never saw my guys how skillful they are performed on the floors. The check #190 = $350 dated as of 7/16 and the check has already cleared. She is not entitle to receive another refund, but I was very generous to compromise and work out with her 50/50 to be fair on both side. The Contractor and Owner, but "NO" she wants her full refund. I shared with her my guys spend all her expenses on the job. She kept asking for her money full refund and she said she will never tell anyone. Later, she turned around doing behind my back. She said she will not saying anything to anyone and she is a good Christian. I don't think she is a good Christian. A good Christian will keep their words what they said and promise their words. She is a lier, and dishonest. She kept complaint one things and another things. She filed a Revdex.com complaint and went to speak with [redacted] support. The [redacted] support are willing to work with both of us. I have educated her about the floors, but she has a problem listening. She doesn't listen and she kept complaint one thing and another thing. I told her if she kept complaint. I will have my attorney contact her. She is not entitle to receive another refund.
