I just received a bill in the mail from valley vision for for contact lense trainingThis service was covered by my VSP insurance and instead billed to me personallyI have filled a grievance about this situation and will be investigating Valley Visions billing practices as well as not communicating with patients, and then sending them faulty charges that insurance coversI find it a waste of my time and the others assisting me with this situation when Valley Vison failed in there billing departmentI came to Valley vision to get contacts and I don't even have a perscription let alone contactsSo how can you charge when you don't finish your servicesThis just smells fishy and I will be contacting as many people I can today and see what legal steps I can take for taking advantage of a disabled person
