Dear Sir/ Madame, It seems I am having trouble uploading files via your online system, I am currently in China, and he firewalls here are preventing me from using your website to full efficacy Please find the document that should have attached yesterday, as well as the accompanying statement I attempted to send through yesterday Also, I have still not had a reply from Vesper & Coabout how to send the watch back, although this is really not an option I would like to resort to Many Thanks, [redacted] Accompanying Statement: Please see the attached document to support my complaint I have included the original adverts posted on both Chrono(a watch market place) and Vesper & Co's own website I have also included what appears to be a strange development, in that I could previously access the original advert online, via Vesper's sold watches linkNow, when I select my watch, the weblink links back to a different watch, which is the same model number as mine, a originally sold in Pakistan I think that since I asked for a refund, Vesper have removed the original advert, but I cannot be sure The differences between how my watch and the Pakistani watch were advertised are interesting - the Pakistani watch has very clear photographs of the bracelet, showing Tudor markings and serial numbersMine, as can be seen in the screenshots are blurredAs I presumed Vesper were trustworthy, and the advert stated the bracelet was a Tudor one, I therefore did not question the description, which I now realise was a mistakeI feel that they have deliberately described the watch in such a manner as to give the impression the bracelet was realAs the 'sold' page demonstrates, especially the sale of the Pakistani watch demonstrates, they have experience with the model I bought, as well as numerous other Tudor models, and would have, in my opinion, known that both the bracelet and description were not correctthey also had every opportunity to tell me this, but failed to do soWhen challenged, they further insisted it was the correct bracelet, until I told them a Rolex/Tudor expert had confirmed it was a generic/ fake I have also included a copy of the invoice that Vesper supplied with the watch, clearly showing the invoice value at 430USD, as opposed to the true value of 4295USD I cannot understand why this has been done, as the watch was sent to Hong Kong, a free port, so no customs duties were due on the watchthe only thing I can think of is that they have are claiming sales values on watches lower than their actual values in order to avoid tax in the US, and so have to have matching records when sending invoices outThis, however, is only a supposition as to why this has happened, and not an accusation of wrong-doing Following the invoice is a screenshot of another business that appears to either share or have the same address as Vesper & CoIt is a PR company, so either the suite is extremely large, or again, something strange is apparently, to my eyes, occurring Finally, I have attached the entire email history in reverse chronological orderAs can be seen, I was polite throughout, the questions I asked and the answers by Gregory J [redacted] of Vesper & Co given are shown, and the manner in which I attempted to resolve the issue are also shown The final two emails have not been replied to, and given the swapping of the weblinks above, I presume it will not be easy to get into contact with anyone at Vesper & Coagain Any statements I have made here or in my previous statement that are not directly supported in the evidence provided are either opinion or extrapolations made from the supporting documents I am sending to you These opinions have been stated without malice, and in the honest belief that the evidence supports these beliefs I only wish Vesper & Co to make good on their promise to supply what was described in the advert, and subsequent correspondence

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Vesper & Co International Ltd regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Sir/ Madame,   It seems I am having trouble uploading files via your online system, I am currently in China, and he firewalls here are preventing me from using your website to full efficacy.   Please find the document that should have attached yesterday, as well as the accompanying...

statement I attempted to send through yesterday.  Also, I have still not had a reply from Vesper & Co. about how to send the watch back, although this is really not an option I would like to resort to.   Many Thanks,   [redacted]     Accompanying Statement:   Please see the attached document to support my complaint.   I have included the original adverts posted on both Chrono24 (a watch market place) and Vesper & Co's own website.   I have also included what appears to be a strange development, in that I could previously access the original advert online, via Vesper's sold watches link. Now, when I select my watch, the weblink links back to a different watch, which is the same model number as mine, a 79090 originally sold in Pakistan.    I think that since I asked for a refund, Vesper have removed the original advert, but I cannot be sure.  The differences between how my watch and the Pakistani watch were advertised are interesting - the Pakistani watch has very clear photographs of the bracelet, showing Tudor markings and serial numbers. Mine, as can be seen in the screenshots are blurred. As I presumed Vesper were trustworthy, and the advert stated the bracelet was a Tudor one, I therefore did not question the description, which I now realise was a mistake. I feel that they have deliberately described the watch in such a manner as to give the impression the bracelet was real. As the 'sold' page demonstrates, especially the sale of the Pakistani watch demonstrates, they have experience with the model I bought, as well as numerous other Tudor models, and would have, in my opinion, known that both the bracelet and description were not correct. they also had every opportunity to tell me this, but failed to do so. When challenged, they further insisted it was the correct bracelet, until I told them a Rolex/Tudor expert had confirmed it was a generic/ fake.   I have also included a copy of the invoice that Vesper supplied with the watch, clearly showing the invoice value at 430USD, as opposed to the true value of 4295USD.  I cannot understand why this has been done, as the watch was sent to Hong Kong, a free port, so no customs duties were due on the watch. the only thing I can think of is that they have are claiming sales values on watches lower than their actual values in order to avoid tax in the US, and so have to have matching records when sending invoices out. This, however, is only a supposition as to why this has happened, and not an accusation of wrong-doing.   Following the invoice is a screenshot of another business that appears to either share or have the same address as Vesper & Co. It is a PR company, so either the suite is extremely large, or again, something strange is apparently, to my eyes, occurring.   Finally, I have attached the entire email history in reverse chronological order. As can be seen, I was polite throughout, the questions I asked and the answers by Gregory J[redacted] of Vesper & Co given are shown, and the manner in which I attempted to resolve the issue are also shown.  The final two emails have not been replied to, and given the swapping of the weblinks above, I presume it will not be easy to get into contact with anyone at Vesper & Co. again.   Any statements I have made here or in my previous statement that are not directly supported in the evidence provided are either opinion or extrapolations made from the supporting documents I am sending to you.  These opinions have been stated without malice, and in the honest belief that the evidence supports these beliefs.  I only wish Vesper & Co to make good on their promise to supply what was described in the advert, and subsequent correspondence.
