I cancelled the product & I'm still receiving it & getting charged for it at my old address:

I originally ordered the free trial & then got subsequent bottles after that. I thought that's how the free trial system works. But I was satisfied with the product, so I kept it & paid for it.
Recently I requested it to be cancelled by phone & I'm still getting the product to my old address (see above question) and getting charged for it. I moved to a senior living facility, which is expensive & I couldn't afford it anymore.
They have me on autopay, so I don't know how to stop that.
All I'm asking for is that I don't get the product delivered to me anymore & that I get any money charged for subsequent product being delivered after cancellation (which was about a month ago by phone). I'd like to be deleted from their customer list so as to not have anymore information about where to collect the autopay.

Upon reviewing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We have reviewed her account with us and can confirm that her account is indeed cancelled. Our records indicate that she began her trial with us and has been a customer of ours since January 19, 2018. When she called in on November 29, 2018, her account was cancelled by our customer service representative who she spoke with that day. Therefore, she will not receive any further shipments or orders from us.
We are committed to exhibiting the highest level of customer service and want to again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms.; we genuinely hope she is satisfied with our business.

I keep on getting charged for a product that I no longer want. There's no way to contact the company to stop the subscription.
I keep on getting charged for a product that I no longer want. I keep on putting return to sender on the package, but every month I keep on getting charged and I keep on receiving the same product. I went to the website to find out how I could contact them, after researching on the Revdex.com site, I tried to call the phone number and it said all circuits are busy.
Stop charging me and stop sending me the product. I also want my money back for all of the bottles of product that I returned back to the business.
I cancel this product two months ago, and again they ship. the cancel # is CXXXXXX they keep charging my credit card.

Jade Ultra sends products and charge my credit card without my authorization. Even after a email cancellation notification they keep doing it.
Jada Ultra falsely advertise a free sample and then automatically send product monthly and make unauthorized charges to my credit card. I notified them to quit. They sent me an email notification of cancellation that they would stop. However, they keep sending the product and charging my credit card. Jade Ultra is deceptive in their practices. My credit card company is following up and the fraud charges to my account
I expect a full refund on all charges to my credit card.
Order cancelled 3/3/18. Charged again 5/6/18 called 3/9/18 cancelled again-told would get refund. called 3/14/18-refund never started.
Original order cancelled 3/3/18. Charged again on 5/6/18 which caused $64 in overdraft fees. Called 5/9/18 demanding refund of charges and overdraft fees. Said they had a computer glitch that caused the charge. Said I would get refund for product but would not receive anything for overdraft charges. Called on 3/14/18 to see when refund would be there, supervisor said that last person only cancelled the order but did not refund charges - and he also stated that he could not refund overdraft fees - that he had no way to do that. I had to stay on the phone until I received an email confirming a refund.
A complete refund for the charges from their company in the amounts of $89.95 and $88.76 (I have received email that it is being processed, but not completed yet.) I would also like a refund for the overdraft fees this caused in the amount of $64 ($32 x 2).
called no. on product to cancel - said they didn't know who I was - couldn't cancel. They then sent me product I didn't want and billed me for it.
Ordered free trial; decided to cancel when I found out they were considered shady. Called no. on bottle because shipment had no contact info included. They claimed they had no record of me. Phone no goes to a company Natures Touch - which is their product. They sent me 2 bottles of product and billed me $89 and $94 - I couldn't get them to cancel. When I got my bank statement, I did get a phone no. where I could call and cancel - but not till I was charged for purchases I couldn't cancel - and they have a no return policy - so they trick you into not being able to cancel till charges hit even though I attempted to - I even have the email stating they could not find an account.
Their website has no contact info even though they say it does. The phone no on product sends you to people who don't claim to know you - then when you get charged and can't do anything about it, you get the correct phone no. on bank statement but its too late.
I just want a record of this as long as they truly stop billing me and sending a product I don't want and cancelled. I have a dispute with the bank which I have to send in all my documentation. I found website on Facebook of all people with similar experience https://www.facebook.com/SharkTank/posts/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and found out that this is a scam on their part. You get a product you didn't want that doesn't work.

Delivery I want all deliveries of this product to cease and desist.
I ordered a free try of cbd oil and it was supposed to just cost about $5 shipping fee. I called the next day to make sure there would be no further charges and to make it ckear that I subscribed to nothing. They checked in their system and found nothing. Not even my actual order. Then I was about to order a second trial vial and changed my mind and did not hit the "check out now" button but I was charged for two items, not just theshipping fee. From there, this fraudulent company took the liberty to start charging my bank account hundreds of dollars in $94.XX increments over two months robbing me of hundreds of dollars and causing other regular charges to my bank account to bounce or return due to nonsufficient funds! I've been charged hundreds of bank fees as a result of this as well; NSF fees and overdraft charges. There is no listed number to call to resolve this problem. You cannot reply to the automated email address. There is no billing statements or invoices for hundreds of dollars worth of charges and I did not authorize any of this! Total fraud. Total scam. Many people in the cbd oil facebook groups online have been through the same thing and many say it is not even real cbd oil, it is a total fraudulent scam meant to skim your bank account to nothing. My balance was down to NEGATIVE $665 last month because of this!

Refund I want every last penny of the hundreds of dollars you robbed me of back! Including nonsufficient funds fees and overdraft charge fees. I am a veteran on a fixed income! I am also looking for a lawyer for pain and suffering. I don't have enough money for groceries for an entire month because of this fraud!
