We would be happy to charge what was quoted if the work we did was what was quotedAt the time we talked with Mr *** to set up the appointment I did my best to explain this detail to himThese are standard policies I tell each apartment resident that calls in; we don’t move furniture but
go around what is there, any area rugs or stains are extra above a standard cleanI told him the same thing I tell everyoneI am sorry if he felt affronted when my technician told him he could not move his furnitureThis is a liability issue we choose companywide to followMy technician tried to explain it to him, but he wouldn’t hear it and became quite vehement with him, so my technician moved the furniture for him anywayIt became very hard for him to communicate with Mr*** so he just did what he was told by him to doMr *** kept pointing to the floor and walking on the areas just cleaned, excitedly telling my technician to redo and hit areas again, he used additional chemical to clean the dark spots throughout his homeHe was told to do the cleaning and using the chemical constitutes more than a basic clean as originally set upHe ordered the work done so it would incur an additional costHis couch was a foot L shaped couch, when he said is was a standard ft couch on the phone with meSince it was larger than we were told, it constitutes additional chargesWe spent hours working in his apartment on a job that typically would only take minutesThe tea stains my technician sat and scrubbed for minutes while Mr*** stood over him and commanded him to continueEven though they came lighter there is still some thereThese are permanentMy technician tried to tell him but he wouldn’t hear itWe are leaving the charges there because of the length of time my technician was told to continue working on them by demandI tried to explain his bill to him on the phone after the cleaning and I had the same experience my technician did, he was very argumentative and wouldn’t let me explain anythingWe did as he demanded and so he needs to pay for the work done

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Whatever Liz wrote in her reply is an utter falseThere was no mention of Hr work any where ! This came to me as an ugly surpriseEven Liz, in her written post mail to me (dated 12-dec-2015), never mentioned about hr work ! If the need be, I can scan and send her written response to meHer technician was in fact at my apartment for 40-min only and he told me neither about couch-size disparity nor additional stain chargesIf the need be, we can go to AT&T (my cell phone provider) to listen to phone conversation I and Liz hadThere was absolutely no mention of hr whatsoeverI would simply ask her to back her claims with facts and proofAs I wrote earlier, it was her technician's duty to inform me if there was any disparity w.r.tcouch-size or for that matter anything else ,during order placement and actual work to be doneHad he even granted me that opportunity by being upfront about it before he started his service, I could have simply said NO or at least could have explored other alternativesI am still trying to understand how a business can send two different receipts with two different amount for the a single service request ? [One with Invoice# *** with amount USD which was handed over to me by her technician after he finished his work on day of serviceAnother Invoice with receipt # *** with amount USD.] I never approved anything above USD for this service engagement and I can prove my claim by requesting AT & T so that we can listen to all discussions I and Liz had over cell phone communication, both afterwards or before service or even on the day of service when I called her multiple times and left her voice message highlighting my dis-satisfaction on service quality.Sincerely,*** ***
