I want order XXXXXX cancelled and refunded. Order has not been shipped out yet and I have read reviews that it was a scam.
Purchased 6/29/2020 and it's now 7/6/2020 I want the order cancelled.

Ordered a Yonanas Healthy Dessert Maker Machine from these people. I have been requesting tracking information and an estimated arrival time for my product. The company never responds. There is no way to speak to a live person. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Ordered product on March 8th. Got confirmation email, followed by awaiting fulfillment email. Still haven't received a response or item.
On March 8th, I ordered Lego Friends heartlake city resort XXXXX top hotel building blocks kit under order # 2472. I got an order confirmation on March 8th, then later on March 8th, I received an email that its awaiting fulfillment. The amount of this order ($64.98) was deducted from my paypal account on the 8th as well. On March 19th, I sent an email asking when this order might be fulfilled. I got no response. I sent another email in april and again, received no response. At this point, I'd just like a refund as it's pretty obvious I'm not getting the item. Thank you!

I had ordered an Lego mission boat on 1/7/2020 order # *** it was in stock on the same day I received an email saying that my order status has changed to awaiting fulfillment, on 1/13/2020i received an email saying I will be getting a refund. I have emailed them on 2/3/2020 and 2/4/2020 asking where my refund is as I have never received it. I have tried to call the number and it doesn't go through and I have emailed them and they never answer. To this day 5/4/2020 I still have not received my money back of *** I gave them plenty of time to return my payment.

Scam!! Do not trust them with your personal information or your money. Placed order for car seat and never got tracking number or any communication back from them. Never got merchandise. But they quickly charged my credit card.

Do not use this business! Here's how it works! They offer these great discounted products that they don't actually have. Then they go to the store that has it and hack into someone's store acct that has a credit card stored (that was me) and purchase it at the store's price and put your name and shipping address in there. It costs them nothing! The store acct they hacked into ships it straight to you! You'll probably get a packing slip showing the full price. Then they leave the poor person that was hacked left disputing the mysterious charge on their acct. Pretty clever, right? But rest assured, someone is being hurt by their tactics.

I ordered a $30 art easel from Jadecenter/s on February 5, 2020. FedEx picked IT up for delivery to Ontario, CA. The Tracking Number is... FedEx informed me that the SHIPPER had requested the item back, although Jadecenter had my $30, AND requested FedEx deliver the 16 pound package to***
