Revdex.com: Just so I do not miss any of the concerns that Ms*** has listed in her last response I have numbered my responses below in the same order she has listed them.#- I am sorry that you did not receive a carfax, we post a carfax on-line with every single one of our vehicles that customers may access whenever they would likeHowever we do not physically print one unless it is specifically requestedI just pulled a new one for you and it is attached here.#- No I am sorry it does not make senseWe only receive the document that we provided in the last response from an inspection, we are not given anything elseIt passes by being inspected by a NYS licensed inspector I also believe it has to be physically plugged in to a NYS Inspection stationYou have received everything we receive.#- I will only respond to this by saying that Certified AutoBrokers conducts business with the highest level of Integrity possibleWhenever dealing with any situation like this the first thing we ask ourselves is what is the "right" thing to do and what would we expect in this situation if we were the customerWhen we ask ourselves that and after researching the issues Ms*** is having it is clear to us that the right thing to do would be to bring this issue up to *** *** **as a product defectI am very sorry to say that this complaint does not appear to be resolvableI have tried to answer all of Ms***' concerns and as I have stated several times before I completely understand her frustration with the problems she is havingHowever we were positive that these issues did not exist months ago when the car was soldMs*** has made it clear that she does not believe us and although we have provided information that we believe shows that it is possible for this corrosion to occur very quickly and come from the inside out where it would not have been visible to the mechanics performing the pre-sale inspection Ms*** seems determined to continue to only believe that we knowingly sold a car that would later be a problem for herTo that all I can say is, we have never and would never. We do believe this is an issue that does have merit, however as is well documented on the internet we believe it is an issue that should be brought to the attention of *** *** **and although that this is not as easy an option as going after a smaller, local company we believe it is the right course of action.Thank You,Chris ***

The car is deemed unsafe to drive. Really feel rust should have been evident at the time of sale. Business keeps saying the vehicle is worth money to them, let them take it back and sell it.

Hello,This is in response to Ms. [redacted]’ unfortunate complaint to the Revdex.com. Ms. [redacted] and I have spoken several times with regard to her issues. While we feel Ms. [redacted]’ situation is very unfortunate we feel that we have in no way mislead Ms. [redacted] or misrepresented the vehicle Ms....

[redacted] purchased. As I explained to Ms. [redacted] all of our vehicles are inspected by an independent 3rd party mechanic and meet NYS inspection requirements and our even more stringent requirements as well. At no time was there ever a “band-aid” on this vehicle to make it appear as anything other than what it was when it was purchased. Here in Buffalo a 2003 vehicle is going to require a higher level of care to keep rust from forming. It is an unfortunate fact we all have to deal with everyday. I understand that Ms. [redacted] moved somewhere south shortly after her purchase but the salt deposits left from a grueling winter like the one we had in 2014/2015 will stay with a car no matter where it goes unless the undercarriage is thoroughly washed afterwards. In many cases when the vehicle heads to warmer climates it can actually accelerate the effects of the salt and its corrosive properties. In this case I suspect that there was probably a healthy amount of saltwater left under the carpets of the car as well and it probably rusted from the inside out. This is an unfortunate issue we see from time to time on these older body Altimas. Of course this is not Ms. [redacted]' fault, however we do not believe it is our responsibility either. While speaking with Ms. [redacted] I explained to her that we would be more than happy to get the repairs done and completed at our cost through the vendors that we use, but of course she currently resides in North Carolina so that will not work. It is our desire to never leave a customer unhappy, we will always do whatever we can to come to some sort of reasonable agreement. However in this situation we believe that we have exhausted all possibilities. To clarify a couple of other inconsistencies with Ms. [redacted]’ complaint the vehicle was purchased 1/13/2015 – 10 months ago for a purchase price of $6,284.00. I have included supporting documentation as well as the NYS inspection sheet. Please let me know if there are any other questions.Chris [redacted]OwnerCertified AutoBrokers Inc.[redacted]
