I am sorry if he felt affronted when my technician told him he could not move his furniture. This is a liability issue we choose companywide to follow. My technician tried to explain it to him, but he wouldn’t hear it and became quite vehement with him, so my technician moved the furniture for him anyway. It became very hard for him to communicate with Mr. [redacted] so he just did what he was told by him to do. Mr [redacted] kept pointing to the floor and walking on the areas just cleaned, excitedly telling my technician to redo and hit areas again, he used additional chemical to clean the dark spots throughout his home. He was told to do the cleaning and using the chemical constitutes more than a basic clean as originally set up. He ordered the work done so it would incur an additional cost. His couch was a 9 foot L shaped couch, when he said is was a standard 6 ft couch on the phone with me. Since it was larger than we were told, it constitutes additional charges. We spent 2.5 hours working in his apartment on a job that typically would only take 45 minutes. The tea stains my technician sat and scrubbed for 20 minutes while Mr. [redacted] stood over him and commanded him to continue. Even though they came lighter there is still some there. These are permanent. My technician tried to tell him but he wouldn’t hear it. We are leaving the charges there because of the length of time my technician was told to continue working on them by demand. I tried to explain his bill to him on the phone after the cleaning and I had the same experience my technician did, he was very argumentative and wouldn’t let me explain anything. We did as he demanded and so he needs to pay for the work done.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Whatever Liz wrote in her reply is an utter false. There was no mention of 2.5 Hr work any where ! This came to me as an ugly surprise. Even Liz, in her written post mail to me (dated 12-dec-2015), never mentioned about 2.5 hr work ! If the need be, I can scan and send her written response to me. Her technician was in fact at my apartment for 40-45 min only and he told me neither about couch-size disparity nor additional stain charges. If the need be, we can go to AT&T (my cell phone provider) to listen to phone conversation I and Liz had. There was absolutely no mention of 2.5 hr whatsoever. I would simply ask her to back her claims with facts and proof. As I wrote earlier, it was her technician's duty to inform me if there was any disparity w.r.t. couch-size or for that matter anything else ,during order placement and actual work to be done. Had he even granted me that opportunity by being upfront about it before he started his service, I could have simply said NO or at least could have explored other alternatives. I am still trying to understand how a business can send two different receipts with two different amount for the a single service request ? [One with Invoice# [redacted] with amount 80.00 USD which was handed over to me by her technician after he finished his work on day of service. Another Invoice with receipt # [redacted] with amount 304.90 USD.] I never approved anything above 120 USD for this service engagement and I can prove my claim by requesting AT & T so that we can listen to all discussions I and Liz had over cell phone communication, both afterwards or before service or even on the day of service when I called her multiple times and left her voice message highlighting my dis-satisfaction on service quality.Sincerely,[redacted]
