As indicated in my earlier email, said number of channels/content was never available, just having an icon which doesn't work or gives any content will not be accounted as working channelin an email I was provided with list of Indian channels which are available on Jadoobut after sometime they disappeared and never was available again, I had bought jadoofor indian hindi channels and when said channels disappeared, unit was of no use but nothing was doneI had talked with support over phone as at many occasion they wanted me to call and I told them if channels will not be added I wanted to return the unit but was told that unit can not be returned and that company is working on adding the content back which never happened But issue is not that, agree that there was no contract BUT it was not mentioned anywhere that device which I bought in Sept had life of yrs and that I would only be left with 3.5yrs of product life, this was mentioned this year and hence I wanted to exercise my right for refund as this important piece of information was never disclosed at the time of purpose or even with in trial period else I would have either not bought the device in first place or returned it within 10-14days of trial periodWhen I bought a device, I assume this will work for long time but that didnt happenAny other device which I buy from market like google tv,roku or any internet content streaming device either will list the life of the device or else they keep on upgrading the software and make sure they are supporting older device, here JadooTV failed to disclose that information and then just to force customer to upgrade, they stopped old device from working, its like my way or highway, this is clear breach of customer trust and original understanding when the product was sold to customerEither provide me proof that this information was disclosed to me at the time of purchase or in reasonable time or else accept of the option I listed below I already paid $250+ when I bought the device though original list of channels (10-15) which were provided never worked(I have email from your support), this issue also happened few days after trial period and when contacted was told that jadootv is working to get legal content which never happened As indicated earlier, I want either -my money back or -my current device working or -replace my current device free of charge with newest device including shipping or any other associated cost -S
