Review: Wedding picture from 16 months ago was not delivered. Contacted the business owner of the company Jae Yi Photography and said it was delivered LONG time ago but never followed up or any heads up for the product to be delivered. Asked him about the proof of receipt that it was delivered, he could not give it because he already threw all the receipt in a year. I asked him again where and what was the printing agency so that I could contact them and asked them and he replied that the business is no longer running. He insisted that He sent the album and I had over a year to talked to him about it and he frankly didn't believe I didn't receive it. This is really a very bad customer service and for the fact that I trusted him on our wedding picture he didn't even declared how much cost the pictorial would cost me but he said he will gave me big discounts and everything because he was one of employee of our clinic. I paid $1000 dollar for the service but only received a USB for everything and I was just asking about the photo album that it was promised to me and it never arrived but he insisted that he already sent it through mail but no proof of evidence that he sent it.Desired Settlement: I need my wedding photo album, it's not about the money but the integrity and trust. If he could not produce the album then I need a refund for the cost of the album.
