Jaeger's Seafood Beer Garden On The Lake

Review: The floor manager is very rude. I went to Jaeger's on Sunday which was Mother's Day. The waitress brought me a receipt so I divided the bill with my boyfriend. She brought me a receipt as well as my boyfriend and we both signed. I checked my account on the same day to verify she charge my account correctly. So I only had one charge from this restaurant on Sunday. Today is Tuesday May 13th my account was charge a second time. So I called the restaurant, the MANAGER did not help me in no way. He basically told me it was nothing he could do about it. And he can not give me my money back. I would have to call back Friday and also had a very bad attitude with me the entire time. So I asked for the district manager or whoever was over him and he hung up in my face. So I called back and he answered, I asked him his name and he would not provide me with his name. He stated he did not have to give me his name. But I thought this was a business why I can't have your name? So after going back and forth with him. He told me his name was Tim and didn't want to provide a last name but eventually he did after going back forth again. So Jaegers charged my account twice and they are refusing to give me my money back. Someone at that location is using customers cards without their permission. I am very upset with this business I have never had a problem like this with them until today May 13th. My account is now overdrawn and was charged overdraft fees and I am unable to pay bills because Jaegers took my money. Now I have to wait on the bank to see if they can assist me with getting my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the second charge on my account. Which was 50.00
