Review: I had purchased a product from the company on April **, 2015, per order No. [redacted]. The product arrived broken. The company agreed to take it back and issue a refund. I shipped the product, and they confirmed receipt of shipment. However, they are not refunding the money. The last time, they promised to refund it in a month, claiming their procedures. After a month, the refund has not arrived. It appears that they are dragging it out hoping that I will get tired of waiting.Desired Settlement: Refund within a reasonable period of time, no more than a week.
