I am very sorry to hear that [redacted] dropped the ballI was out of the office from November and returned today the 14th and will follow up with my office manager [redacted] *** make certain that we get this matter resolves asap Sorry for the inconvenience [redacted]

This is still not resolved as of 12/13/ I still do not have the title to my car purchased with cash in Sept., Regards, [redacted]

I will accept closure when the title is in my hands as the form I signed was the same form sent to Mass DOT twice before; however, this time it was under the dealer's request. We shall see but I expect it will take a few more weeks (and months to get the title in order to register my car in NH)

Attached our response to Ms. [redacted] credit card cancellation. Since cancelling the payment Ms. [redacted] contacted us offering to pay a portion of her daughters service bill in the amount of $284.47, she did so over the phone with my service manager and in person on a Friday late...

afternoon around 4:30pm when she came to my dealership without any prior communication to schedule a meeting and asked to meet to discuss the matter, I was on my way out the door late for a 5:00pm meeting with a large cardboard box under my arm. Ms Vancine told me that she was insulted That I would not meet with her, I took down her tel number and told her that after I contacted the credit card company to find out the status of her dispute I would call her. I then did exactly what I promised her, it took me 3 days of repeated calling to finally get to a person a which time I was informed the review of the dispute a a decision being made by the Credit card company would take another 2 weeks, I asked what would it take to withdraw the claim as Ms. [redacted] desired to meet with me to discuss and resolve the matter; answer was: Ms [redacted] needed to send in writing her request. I then callend Ms [redacted] and left this message. Following is what Ms. [redacted] posted on line over the weekend:
 Message from Lori [redacted]:
"Listen to this voicemail from [redacted] indirectly threatening me to sign a document release my dispute against his service stating he would talk to me if I did- meanwhile for almost 2 months he would not talk to me and told his service manager not to talk to me and the service manager would not talk to me because may I quote " I dont want to lose my job"
She states that I would not talk to her for 2 months hard to believe when I am in my dealership every day and make myself available and even when I am not here I have Red phones located throughout the dealership with signage attached that If you would like to speak to me simply pick up the Red Phone which rings directly to my cell phone.
In Conclusion I am more than happy to meet with Ms. [redacted] once the credit card company renders a decision or prior to that it Ms. [redacted] contwacts the credit card compay per their policy to reverse the claim against [redacted]

I will accept only when the correct title is received.

[redacted] service manager met with Mr. [redacted] and drained the engine oil again and reinstalled the oil customer wanted -----all of this being completed while customer witnessed. Follow up call by service manager at my direction this am making certain that Mr. [redacted] was satisfied and...

the answer was yes. Very, very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused to Mr. [redacted], thank for allowing us to rectify and we look forward to serving his automotive needs for many years to come,[redacted]

wish to close this complaint until the title in my name is in my hand.  Received email today,[redacted] from Ms. [redacted] stating that she would scan and send a document for my signature to send back to her.  I was under the impression that the dealership had already sent in the title request.  Now I understand that this will not be sent in until they receive my signature.  Meanwhile, another week has gone by.

Ms.[redacted] signed necessary paperwork over this past weekend and we will file for a duplicate title with MA rmv today, once title is received we will notify Ms.[redacted].
