Review: In July of of 2013 we had agreed with Jag Paving to to level our dirt/stone driveway and asphalt. [redacted] was the selling agent. We advised him that when they scheduled to come work he was to advise us, so that either myself or my husband could be home before the started work. Company came one day without either of us being home and paved the driveway. At the end of that summer, beginning of fall, my husband [redacted] called [redacted] to advise that there was a spot where weeds were growing through the asphalt and advised for him to come look at. We expressed our disappointment with the situation. [redacted] advised that because the winter months were coming to leave it alone, that they would come repair in the spring of 2014. We noticed that parts of the driveway were growing lumps and parts of the driveway was not draining properly to the street and that it puddles; [redacted] mentioned that they would look into it and again repairs would be done in the spring. on February 11, 2014 at 3:31 P.M. I called [redacted] and advised there are plants growing through the driveway, where she mentioned [redacted] had told her about the weeds, where I added these plants to the complaints we had previously mentioned. She went on to answer me that they would come out the first week of spring to assess the situation. She advised to text her my address, where I did immediately disconnecting with her. On April 3, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. I called [redacted] again and advised we were still waiting on someone to come look at the driveway, she said she would be here the following day. On April 4, 2014 at 11:22 A.M. I called [redacted] to see if she was coming over, she didn't pick up and I left a voicemail. [redacted] called back at 12:06 P.M. and rescheduled for 4/5/14 between 7:30 A.M.- 8:00 A.M. 4/5/14 at 09:30 I called [redacted] asking her status as no one came by. She mentioned she had a 10:00 a.m. appt, she would be over at 12:00 p.m. didn't happen. Rescheduled for 4/7/14, nothing yet until today 4/13/14.Desired Settlement: I would like the driveway re-done with proper drainage to the street as stated in city permit, complimentary or a full refund. The driveway is not a year old and I don't want patches all over the driveway when I was assured it would be done right the first time.
